Created Issue: CSP Plugin-Create Incident-Need to Start a transaction before Commit [30387]

Dears,

i am facing a strange error when running the CSP plugin on a custom entity ; the createincident procedure throws the below exception:

"Server was unable to process request. - <error>
<code>0x80040251</code>
<description>Need to start a transaction before commit</description>
<type>Platform</type>
</error>"

I'm trying to install CSP with dynamics 4 integration, but when i get to CRM CUSTUMAZATIONS it stops the installation process with this error:

Hi CSP Team,

I have applied the workaround and moved past that error. After a long wait on both proceed and test connection i am now getting this error. “An unexpected error has occurred while executing the installation module” Any Ideas?

CSP Team - did the CSP Installer Workaround - no longer do i get an error message but it just hangs when you click test or proceed - what is the next step

Created Issue: Edit webpart menu not showing up

When you try to edit a CSP webpart the editing menu is not showing up and, instead of it, a javascript error occurs.

I patched my CSP with the CSP Installer Workaround. When I run the test, it is now successful. However when I move on to the next stage I get the following error.

When i try to install without Dinamycs integration i get this erros in SImple CMS package

About the last tip that CSP team gave me i check all the folders and file names and i dont found anithyng.

Hello

I look the file and the directory and i don't see any problem it's all there and with the right names on!
I tried also to install without Dinamycs integration but i get an error when i get to Simple CMS PACKAGE
I´ve been posting this errors in the discussions part!

Apparently it looks like the deployment program isn't finding the file CSP.CRM.Deployment.DLL, which should be sitting directly on the CRMCustomizations folder. Can you check the spelling of the folder and file?

Created Issue: Internet portal - My cases - Follow-up dates missing

Problem:
The follow-up date for the on-line procedures is not being populated so all the Web Parts showing lists of cases show the incorrect date '01/01/0001'

Solution:
In order to correct this, the 'CSP - New case' procedure has to be modified. From the main CRM window, go to Settings - Workflow and unpublish the 'CSP - New case' workflow. Double click on it so the workflow editor opens. On the Insert drop-down select - Before step. On the Add Step drop-down select 'Update record'. Press the 'Set properties' button on the 'Update Case' step. On the 'Update case' screen click on the 'Follow-up' field and look at the 'Form assistant' on the right. Change the 'Before' drop-down to 'After'. Now select the number of days wanted, for example 7. Press the 'Add' button and then the 'OK' button down right. Press 'Save and Close' on both open windows. Finally, publish the modified Workflow.
Note: In order to update the existing cases follow-up dates, open and edit them one by one or do a bulk edit on them to modify all at once.
