Trying to Install CSP into CRM 4.0 VPC

Oct 16, 2008 at 9:08 PM
I'm unable to install the CSP Portal into our standard Microsoft CRM 4.0 VPC which includes both CRM and MOSS.  I can go through the Internet and Intranet steps, configuring ports 2222 and 3333.  The CSP package installs OK and the FBA step also appears to work.  But I can't get the next step connecting to the CRM Server to work.  Within the CRM VPC the server is either http://moss:5555 or the full url is with the organization MicrosoftCRM.  When I try to test the connection using LITWAREINC as the domain and Administrator as the username I get an error that that it can't connect to the server.  I'd love to show this to my government prospects here in the U.S. and I'm sure I'm close to having this all work great.  Any ideas what might be causing my problem and thoughts on how to get this working?

Hello, David

We have just posted a patch that fixes a couple of issues around the installer of the CRM Customizations. Please have a look at it here or in the Releases tab.
