I made it through the installer without any errors and all of the sites (CRM, Sharepoint Internal, Sharepoint External, SharePoint Extended, CRM Integration Web service) are working.

When I try to register a new account from the signup page.  I get the following error:

Any hints on what the issues might be on this one?

Anyone having any luck with the CRM installation path for this installer?  I am still getting the above error message when I use the CRM installation method.  I can get this working fine under the Simple CMS option.

Thanks

Hello, Jason

In the exception line "Error creating CrmFacade http://crm40server:5555 (fe80::8ce6:3e69:8db1:7ebd%10)" the second argument (between parentheses) should be the machine's IP address. I'm surprised not to see a regular IP v4.0 there.

The code used to extract the IP from the server name is the following:

System.Net.IPHostEntry ipEntries = System.Net.Dns.GetHostEntry(strCrmHostName);
strCrmServerIp = ipEntries.AddressList[0].ToString();

Try using the server name instead when creating the CrmFacade, i.e:

Change
newCrmServerUrl = String.Format("{0}://{1}", uriCrmServer.Scheme, strCrmServerIp);

for
newCrmServerUrl = String.Format("{0}://{1}", uriCrmServer.Scheme, strCrmHostName);

Hope it helps
